Keenan + Kenny Architects, Ltd of Falmouth, MA hired Studio CC to consult on a new town hall for Oak Bluffs located in Martha's Vineyard Massachusetts.   This 18,200 square foot building will be four stories, will include multiple entrances, offices and a large meeting room.  This project was approved by the residents of Oak Bluffs in Spring 2017 and construction documents have begun.  Construction has tentatively been scheduled to begin in Spring / Summer 2018.
