Studio CC, Inc. was founded in January 2017 to provide drafting and design services to licensed design professionals and engineers.  Our expert ability to create digital models utilizing Autodesk's state-of-the-art building design software Revit enables our clients to envision their projects immediately.

From site work to building completion, we consult with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, industry professionals and code administrators to ensure the design intent has been accomplished. We oversee elements of the design and construction processes as needed including development, organization and review of building plans.  We ensure that construction projects meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards.

 

Over the last few years the state of Massachusetts has transitioned from writing its own building codes to adopting the International Code Council’s Commercial, Residential and Energy Codes.  Studio CC has stayed up-to-date on these changes, additionally we are well versed in the Massachusetts Architectural Access Boards 521 CMR regulations, the state’s version of handicap accessibility codes.
