Studio CC collaborated with a local Cape Cod architect to design a new home for a couple in North Florida.  This 2,300 square foot upside down 2 bedroom home with the public spaces on the second floor to better see the ocean views across the street, was designed to meet strict requirements of the developments home owners association.  The project will begin construction Summer 2017.
