Studio CC collaborated with Archoverture of Falmouth to propose additions and renovations to this existing salt box for a couple in Marstons Mills Massachusetts.  This 1500 plus square foot home will increase to a little over 2400 square feet when completed.  The redesign of an existing cramped kitchen, new master bedroom suite on the first floor, new garage and mudroom along with the renovation of the second floor bathroom are the highlights of this American Classic.  The owners began renovations of the second floor bathroom in 2017 and are working with local contractors to complete the remainder of the project shortly there after.
