INTEGRATA architecture + construction of Falmouth, MA hired Studio CC during the construction phase of this facade renovation to help work out owner generated change orders and to better define some of the details as needed.  Jerry Thiboutot was initially involved in this project while employed at INTEGRATA which made selecting Studio CC to continue with the changes through construction an easy decision.

What started out as a simple façade renovation became a much more involved project once the architect documented that the existing building did not meet fire separation requirements in previous or current building codes.  The building includes a restaurant and two retail spaces on the first floor with a number of residential units on the second floor.  Life safety was the highest priority for the owner which made deciding to upgrade the building with a fire sprinkler system, which was costly, an easy decision to make.  This project was completed Fall 2017.
