Keenan + Kenny Architects, Ltd of Falmouth, MA hired Studio CC to consult on the additions and renovations to the Church of the Messiah - First Church building located in Woods Hole, MA.  The original building was constructed in 1852 and was eventually turned into offices when the organization replaced the building with the Stone Church next door.  The project has now passed Historic review and construction documents along with cost estimating have begun.  The initial estimates are that this will be an approximate $2.4 million dollar project with construction beginning in Fall 2017.
