INTEGRATA architecture + construction of Falmouth, MA hired Studio CC to help complete the Existing Conditions of this modest ranch house located in Falmouth Massachusetts.  The owners wishes of renovating the first floor to create a larger kitchen and master bedroom suite and adding a second floor to the house which will include 2-3 bedrooms with a bathroom begins with documenting the existing house.  INTEGRATA had begun the existing conditions, Studio CC was asked to add detail to the drawing including columns, trim and other miscellaneous items.
